Parking in Salcombe can be a challenge, especially as the Batson Creek public car park adjacent to Crab Shed Salcombe is temporarily closed over the winter 2021/2022, with very limited spaces for Crab Shed customers available only on a first come basis. Please leave enough time before your reservation to find alternative parking to ensure you enjoy your Crab Shed Salcombe experience.
The ‘Park & Ride’ car park as you arrive into Salcombe at the top of the hill on the left, will often have spaces available but there is no ‘Ride’ element available and it is about a 10 minute walk away.
You can find further information about local parking alternatives at www.parkopedia.com or www.justpark.com but note that these websites may not mention the temporary closure of the Batson Creek car park.
