Crab Shed Salcombe had a hugely successful evening at the recent annual Food Drink Devon Awards in Exeter. Winning Best Restaurant Award for Devon for the second year in a row completely exceeded the Crab Shed Salcombe team's expectations.
The award judges statement summed it up beautifully: "The judges thought Crab Shed was genuinely exceptional. They loved the combination of informality with the very high standards, and the obvious passion for what they do shone through. A perfect blend bringing together high quality, carefully sourced local ingredients, accomplished cooking and lovely staff."

At the Awards event, in addition to the prestigious Best Restaurant award, Crab Shed Salcombe received a Gold award for Restaurant Hospitality, along with Gold awards for both our 100% hand picked white crab meat and 100% hand picked brown crab meat in the Producer's awards category.
