Brown Crab on Toast

A quick super-tasty snack

Two quick and easy ways to prepare Salcombe crab's brown meat - you'll keep coming back for more!

Add brown meat and lemon juice to mayonnaise and serve as a cold starter with toast, crackers, toasted sourdough, crusty bread.

Soften some brown crab meat with a fork, mix with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Chill in the fridge then spread on toast or toasted ciabatta and serve with a side salad for a tasty lunch.
