Booking cancellation policy
When taking your booking we request credit/debit card details as security. No payment is taken at the time of booking. Your card will however be charged £15 per person in the following circumstances:
1. You fail to give us 24 hours notice of a cancellation
2. You do not show up at the allotted time on the day of your booking
3. You reduce the numbers in your party without giving us 12 hours notice (£15 per person per no show)

Card details are securely held by our PCI Compliant Payment Gateway.
